The Thursday evening banquet capped a full day by offering all the opportunity to enjoy one another's company in a relaxed setting.

Following dinner, Atlas Sr. Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Greg Hoover started the entertainment rolling with an encore presentation from that morning's STG workshop. Lisa Montgomery and Beth Smith with Gap Inc., presented a madcap video spoof of "What carriers feel like after delivering fixtures."

Greg then led a chorus of "Happy Birthday" and offered a toast "to 40 years of friendship, education, business relationships, and the advancement of our industry."

The moment carried special significance for four attendees who have been part of every Forum: Tom Shetler Sr., Chairman & CEO, Shetler Moving & Storage; Bob Shetler, President, Shetler Moving & Storage; John W. Steiner, Chairman of Ace World-Wide Moving & Storage Co., Inc.; and John R. Westerberg, Chairman & CEO, Nelson Westerberg of Illinois, Inc. Greg recognized the men and they received a round of applause for their amazing attendance records.

When introducing featured entertainer Howie Mandel, host of TV's blockbuster "Deal or No Deal," Greg added that the man about to take the stage has "the hottest haircut in Hollywood."

Howie Mandel treated the Forum audience to a generous helping of his uniquely twisted wit. It was a humorous counterpoint to a day filled with discussion, learning, and networking.
